Vacqueen offers a limited warranty on eligible products. Unless otherwise stated, the standard warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for any reason, provided the product meets the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Undamaged and in resellable condition.
  • Includes original packaging, all accessories, and the user manual.

❗ Products returned without original packaging or with significantly damaged packaging are not eligible for a refund.

 

Please Note:
For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Vacqueen will refund the cost of the product only (excluding shipping or other fees).
We cannot process refunds for non-quality-related issues beyond the 30-day window.

 


How to Request a Return or Warranty Claim
 

To initiate a return or warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  3. Do Not Dispose of the Item: Keep the product until our support team has provided a resolution or instructions.
  4. Provide Evidence (if applicable): For quality-related claims, attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  5. Follow Instructions: Our team will guide you through the return process or warranty resolution. Please wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back.

 

 

Return Instructions

 

  • Once your return is approved: You will receive a return authorization email with a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Do not return items to the address listed on the website or product label; The actual return address will be provided via email.
  • Returns without authorization or sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.

 

 

Refunds

 

  • After your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
