works for our needs ,i have not been able to connect it the wifi ,but have worked well otherwise

edit to my original post. I'm torn between a good rating and bad. customer service at vaqueen has been great. they replaced the entire unit. my problem is, if you have animals that scratch at the water, lose a lot of hair, have a lot of build up in your water like calcium, the pump is going to get clogged. There is no way to fix it. while the idea was great, they didn't think about the need to remove the impeller and assembly to clean it. it is all encased in hard plastic, not removable. I actually took mine apart trying to get into the housing. there is no way. I had to cut it at one of the lines, I found rubbery caulk encasing the impellar motor, so you still cannot access it. it works good when it works, but once the motor gets clogged, there is no fixing it. .

I had to change setting for it to only go off every 30 minutes so they would drink. I tried registering it for the warranty but wouldn't connect to a site. I did find the company so I could try to order replacement filters but they are sold out. Hopefully I will be able to find replacement filters soon. I have 8 cats that drink a lot of water. I needed a waterer that was large enough.

My cats love this water fountain. They drink a lot of water and it has made it easier for me not having to fill it constantly. Customer service has been wonderful. As soon as I ordered it, I registered it. Cindy has been great taking care of any issues I have ran across. At first I couldn't get it to connect online, she helped me to get it connected. I did run into an issue with the pump getting clogged, so I messaged them and Cindy responded quickly and has gone through several steps to work things out. Since we couldn't get the pump unclogged, they are sending me a new pump. I recommend trying this fountain if your animals drink a lot of water. I love that I can set it to go off from the app however many minutes or it can go off when an animal walks up to it. I can also monitor it from my phone. Only thing I would change, is making the pump more accessible for consumer. I have aquariums and I know that pumps can build up gunk and need to periodically be cleaned. The housing doesn't really allow access to the impeller.

I am rating the customer service. The person helping me troubleshoot the fountain pump was very helpful and walked me through multiple ways of trying to fix the electronic parts. She was thoughtful and patient and when we exhausted all options she offered to send me a new one or a refund. I opted for the refund because I was worried that the motor/fan would malfunction again. I read a lot of reviews on Amazon saying they had problems with the motor too and it quit working after a few month. It really is too bad. I loved how large the basin was and the look was pretty sleek. I'm sad I am going to have to look for an alternative.

My dog absolutely LOVES this water fountain. I also love it as it is always producing fresh, clean, filtered water that is not stagnant and getting fur, food, and god knows what else floating in it because the filter filters it all out! The customer service team is also great as well! My propeller on my machine that dispenses the water had stopped working saying it was clogged. No matter what I did, cleaned it, removed and changed the filters and all, I emailed the customer service team. Cindy got back to me not even 24 hours later and helped me with some instructions to see if we could get it up and running. Unfortunately we were not able to do so, BUT I was not to worry because Cindy had advised me that I could either have a new fountain shipped to me or be refunded! I of course chose to get a new fountain shipped because come on?!? These things are amazing and my husky LOVES it! I would 10/10 recommend this product and want to thank Cindy for her amazing customer service and for going above and beyond with her timely response, and helpful direction. Thank you so much Cindy, Poe and I appreciate your dedication and support!
