Frequently Asked Questions

The unit is noisy during operation. What should I do?

In Auto Mode, fan speed adjusts to air quality—higher speeds are louder. For quieter operation, manually select Speed 1 . Noise may also increase if the filter is overdue for replacement.

The smartphone app cannot control the unit. How can I fix this?

This is usually due to Wi-Fi connection issues. Please check if your phone and the unit are connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and verify the network is functioning.
