2. Before First Use

Charge Before Playing

Fully charge the ball before first use. Use the included USB-C cable with a standard 5V/1A USB adapter.



Inspect the Toy

Before every play session, check the ball for cracks, loose parts, exposed wires, or other damage. Stop using it immediately if damage is found.



Introduce It Gradually

Let your dog sniff and explore the ball while it is turned off. Begin with Low Speed, especially for smaller, cautious, or first-time users.


Supervise Play

Always supervise your dog during play. This product is a dog toy and is not intended for children.

3. Quick Start

Step 1:Twist the two halves apart to access the power button and charging port.
Step 2:Press the main button to select your preferred motion mode.
Step 3:Align the threaded sections and twist the two halves together until fully closed and securely clicked into place.
Step 4:Please wait 10 seconds for activation.
Step 5:Allow your dog to approach and activate the ball gradually.

4. Using the Auto Play Version

Select a Motion Mode


Press the main button repeatedly:

1. First press: L — Low Speed


2. Second press: M — Medium Speed


3. Third press: H — High Speed


4. Fourth press: Power Off



Automatic Sensor Play

  • After powering on, the ball enters automatic play mode after approximately 20 seconds.

  • Tap or gently push the ball to wake it. It will move for approximately 10 seconds, then return to sleep mode.

  • If it is not touched for approximately 4 hours, it powers off completely to conserve battery.



5. Using the Remote + Auto Version

Pairing the Remote

Pair the remote before first use:


1. Open the ball’s outer casing.


2. Press and hold the ball’s power button until the pink indicator illuminates.


3. Press and hold the remote’s power button.


4. Test the connection by pressing and holding the remote power button for approximately two seconds.


5. If pairing fails, repeat the steps.




Remote Buttons

  • Power: Press and hold for approximately two seconds to turn on; press briefly to turn off.


  • L: Low Speed


  • M: Medium Speed


  • H: High Speed


The remote works best in open areas. Walls and wireless interference may reduce the effective range.


Automatic Sensor Play

  • After powering on, automatic sensor mode begins after approximately 30 seconds.

  • Tap or gently push the ball to wake it. It will move randomly for approximately 5–15 seconds, then return to sleep mode.

  • If it remains untouched for approximately 4 hours, it powers off completely.

7. Cleaning & Waterproof Care

The ball has an IP67 waterproof rating and can withstand accidental water exposure. However, do not intentionally soak or submerge it for extended periods.


After play:

1. Wipe or rinse the outer surface as needed.


2. If exposed to pool water or seawater, rinse with clean fresh water.


3. Dry the ball completely.


4. Ensure the charging port and internal areas are dry before charging.

8. Important Safety Information

Always supervise your dog during play.


Not intended for children.


Inspect the toy before every use.


Stop use immediately if cracked, loose, or damaged.


Avoid stairs, sharp objects, and rough surfaces.


Do not allow prolonged unsupervised chewing.


Do not open, replace, or repair the internal battery yourself.


Keep the charging port dry.


Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.


This product is intended for rolling, chasing, and interactive play. It is not an indestructible chew toy.

9. Troubleshooting

Ball will not turn on

Recharge the battery fully.

Stops moving during play

It may be in sleep mode. Tap or gently push it to wake it.

Indicator flashes red

Battery is low. Recharge the ball.

Buttons do not respond

Recharge the ball. If the issue continues, contact support.

Will not charge

Check the 5V/1A adapter and USB-C cable. Ensure the charging port is dry.

Abnormal noise

Check for debris inside or around the moving structure. Stop use if the noise continues.

Battery life is unusually short

Fully charge the battery and confirm the charging indicator works normally.

Ball moves erratically

Stop use and contact customer support.

Remote does not respond

Move closer, replace the remote battery, or repeat pairing.
